In April of 2004 Suarez Construction Group, LLC (SCG) was formed and filed in Texas to serve as a Service Contractor for national and local home builders that were public and privately held corporations seeking our field assistance. Today, our firm extends turn-key construction and management to general contractors allowing us to streamline several facets and provide all necessary equipment, supplies, labor, materials & management to a dedicated project. SCG is an established contracting services company based in Houston, but capable, capitalized and insured to work within and outside it’s state boundaries.

Through close contacts and word of mouth representation, we also provide clients with federal contracting services, or turn-key solutions and management throughout the process. We are a niche company that provides private clients confidence when our services are utilized on small and multi-million dollar projects. We assist individuals and private groups who are beginning their investment project or wanting to expand their portfolio. We offer clients capabilities from inception through completion or just certain facets to fill a void. Our personal relationships with surveyors, architects & engineers provide clients professional guidance and attention albeit new construction or a rehabilitation project.

Confidence is secured through our commercial general liability insurance, commercial auto insurance, workers compensation and bonding capabilities. Our extensive lines of credit with vendors and suppliers coupled with banking operating lines of credit gives our clients the liquidity during scheduled draws.

Our knowledge and experience in the industry gives us an advantage to complete commitments on-time and on-budget, which is pertinent to the time lines and production schedules we abide by. We deliver our services until the customer is satisfied and project is completed.
