MarBrook was established because our partners were regularly being solicited to build homes for those who no longer wanted to purchase a “spec” or hire another production based builder to only move from an area they love and know.  The name MarBrook was derived by a pre-fix from both of our daughters’ names, whom we love and build by…MarBrook only builds for those who have been introduced to us through word of mouth, close friends or family. We see our projects through from inception until completion, providing consulting/general contracting/& management.

We pride ourselves as a solution to our client after they have experienced the arduous process of interviewing builders, understanding the nuances of home buying versus building and the emotional rifts.  We approach the home building process with experience and character.
